Custom Motorcycles Worth The Cost?

Published by at 11:10 pm under Articles

Would you spend $100,000 on a custom motorcycle? I guess the first and correct question is to ask who you are as an individual. The love of riding on two wheels has to be a pre-requisite before you can even consider this question but at that price, the motorcycle should be of some extreme quality that borders on the edge of true innovation and last but not least a work of art!

How else can you describe a piece of machinery whose hard costs most likely don’t total more than $30,000 including the trick chrome pieces, titanium swingarm, carbon fiber pieces, the list goes on and on. Machinery of this caliber is simply referred to as a work of art. Even people who don’t appreciate motorbikes can admire the workmanship of a custom motorcycle. But the question that was asked earlier was….is it worth it?

In the end that all ends up to you. Everyone has their passion and those who are willing to enjoy that will spend what it’s worth to get and obtain that. To some, the price is a small consideration when considering the respect and admiration they would achieve in their respective niche. Regardless of cost, many bikers participate in customizing their rides beginning with simply chopping the ugly license plate holders that are usually fitted at the dealers. There is huge business in designing “fender eliminators” as they are called. Everyone wants to stand out and be original. This is not limited to the motorcycle world.
