Doing Cardio Workouts
To lose body fat, you can’t beat cardiovascular exercise. Doing cardio will speed up your heart rate and burn extra calories. Running, jogging, and biking are all great ways to do cardio workouts. If you find these forms of cardio too boring you can participate in a sport like basketball to get your exercise in. Try to do some cardio work at least 5 times weekly and stick with to get rid of those extra pounds.
