Poem Contest by the late Dan Sullivan
This poem contest in memory of Dan Sullivan and sponsored by the Writers’ Circle of Durham Region (WCDR) offers the winner no money award like many unknown poetry scholarships would. But it may offer something much better; and that’s sometimes more then what money can buy – an award that will live forever which just may be your key to getting what you want. If poetry is your passion then this poetry competition is what you may want to shoot for. After all it is free to enter and the Rock Paper Scissors will include your name along with other past winners. You will be a living poet legend so to speak. This may get you want you need later on in terms of your carreer, because this will look very good on your resume. It could pay you big dividends when you need it most.
