A Customer’s Experience Can Grow Your Concrete Block Business
When considering starting any business, including making concrete blocks, it is important to keep in mind the customer experience. People buy from companies, and ultimately people, they know, like and trust. What that means for you is that the moment you make a concrete block sale, you have a good foundation for a repeat customer who will continue buying concrete blocks from you over and over again.
Think from their perspective: when was the last time you bought a concrete block?
How did you feel about the purchase? How about the quality of construction of the concrete block? If there was a problem, did that company resolve it or at least make a good faith attempt?
These are some good foundation questions to ask when thinking through your business plan. Remember, you can buy the best concrete block making machine ever made by the hand of man, then completely destroy its effectiveness if you don’t do treat your customers right.
