Chest Workout Routines
The chest is one of the favorite muscle groups for most bodybuilders to weight train. Exercises such as bench presses, incline press, and flyes are an important part of any chest workout routine. The only problem is, that since they can be quite enjoyable to train, the chest muscles may be easier to overtrain since you may end up doing to many sets and exercises for them. You need rest and recovery to grow, so don’t do more training during chest workouts than you do for other muscles.
