Dieting To Lose Weight
Any diet to lose weight should help boost your metabolic rate. Eating itself does increase your metabolism so you should actually eat more often. What you’ll want to do is eat much smaller meal portion sizes when you do this so you don’t take in too many calories. Foods high in protein will also help raise your metabolism. Of course, exercising will go along way in helping your body burn extra calories quickly as well.
