Finding a tutor in London
Moving to a new City is bad enough but moving to a new Country and City is quite daunting. My family and I had an opportunity to move to London because of my husbands work. We thought about it a lot and discussed it through with our 3 children. We came to the decision that it would be a good experience for all of us and off we went! Things were very exciting at first and as it was the summer holidays the children had plenty of time to settle in before starting school. The problems began when our youngest started to go quiet on us and then a call came from school to say that they were concerned with his progress. They suggested we have some private tuition to help him catch up with a quite different curriculum than he was used to. As we were new to the city I just went on line and searched for tutor London and was then facing the task of narrowing that down so I searched for tutor London for ages 7 plus and that helped a lot. I met a few of the tutors and narrowed it down to two that then came to the house and met Jack. He really like the younger of the two tutors and was actually quite keen to get started with his private tuition having been a little reluctant in the beginning. It’s been a couple of months now and Jack is a different boy, much happier and confident. He and his tutor have a great relationship too.
