Acne is most often thought of as a teen problem. Unfortunately it’s true the acne problem can follow you into adulthood, i know that from my own experience. Your genes may play in to the problem. People with naturally oily skin have a good news and bad news proposition. While those excess oils will keep you looking younger longer, it’s not much of a consolation now. Here we’ve got some tips on how to put the acne and diet coordinates together for a clear complexion. Very important is the diet. Eat lots of good food, plenty fruits, vegetables, nuts. Drink plenty of water, water will flush your body from toxins.
