Outsourcing – How To Outsource It
Once the outsource managers narrowed down the options to a list of potential outsource companies, like uitzendbureau logistiek, they will help you prepare an invitation to send to those firms, usually called something like a Request for Proposal. This essentially describes what you need done, and invites all of them to submit a bid for the contract. And once the bids come in, with the potential suppliers’ prices and descriptions of their own processes and how they’ll report to you, the consulting firm can again sit down with you and help you evaluate all the responses.
The help of the consultants will be of great value all the way through your outsourcing transition, especially if you or your company are quite new at this. Their experience, having done this before with other companies, illustrates exactly the principle behind outsourcing: that people or companies do the job that they’re best at, and allow others to help them with their expertise in other areas.
