Personalized Christmas Stockings
Are you and your family like so many others around the world who upholds that wonderful tradition of Christmas stockings? Great, so are we.
We hang our Christmas stockings from the living room chandelier and they look great. In past years, every member of our family had the same kind of stockings but when it came to distributing them, the kids would argue which one is theirs. So, we decided to personalize each stocking.
We made it into a family project just a few weeks before last Christmas. The project involved putting one name on each stocking. My teenage daughter shaped her name with sequin and beads, my preteen boy wrote his name with a red marker, my husband pasted a label he printed off his computer and I embroidered mine.
