Cats are terrific pets, but cleaning out the litter box is something all cat lovers dread. The automatic cat litter box basically takes this sloppy job out of your hands. But there are some things you need to look at before you spend your hard earned cash.
First you’ll have to be sure you utilize only a top quality clumping litter. Anything less and the clusters will break up when raked. You will be killing the purpose because when the chunks fall apart, you are left with a huge mess to clean.
Second, you’llyou will have to make sure your cat isn’t spooked by the rake moving automatically. A few cats will be terrified of this and never utilize the box. If this is your cat, you will have wasted about $100 or more.
Nonetheless if your pet doesn’t seem to mind, and you don’t mind spending a little extra for a top quality cat litter, then you’ll be much happier spending your time enjoying your kitten instead of cleaning up after it.
