Strength Training Routines

Gaining strength is very important if you’re trying to build muscle. As your muscles become stronger, they will be forced to grow in size as well. When it comes to building strength, it’s not so much about how long you can weight train for, but how much you can get out of each set. You should follow a strength training routine where you focus mostly on compound exercises with heavy weights.
