Unknown Scholarships from Churchill Vocal Talent Competition Scholarship in Music
The Musica de Filia; sometimes referred as the ‘Daughters of Music’ is an all female choir originally founded in by Jaye Churchill in 1997. The Musica de Filia mission is in administering outstanding choral performance training and performance opportunities for girls and women. Girls study the art of performing choral music and they do this very well. In their support of this they have established the little known vocal talent competition scholarship for music called the Churchill Family Scholarship, named after its founders, Luther and Priscilla Churchill. As you may have guessed Jaye is their daughter. This music scholarship competition has its applicants sing songs in three different languages. They must not read off sheet music but it must be remembered by heart.
