Various Types of Bike Locks

If you depend on your bike for commuting to work, getting around town, or personal recreation, it is important to keep your bike safe from thieves. In most cities across America, it is not uncommon for you to lose at least one bike in your life or at least have known someone who has had their bike stolen.

As common as this is, it can be easily avoided. Many people feel that they can trust the world and do not see the need to lock their bikes up, especially if they keep them outside during the work day or even at night.
