Weight Training Split Routines
When you first start weight training you may want to train your entire body during every workout you do. This is fine since you’re learning proper exercise form and finding out what you can handle. However, it shouldn’t be long before you feel the need to split up your routine so you get more work for each individual muscle group. One of the best weight training split routines is the push-pull split routine.
