Acoustical Wall Panels are great for keeping noise to a minimum
When my neighbors started to complain about my partying I was quite suprised. I tend to have social dinner parties and I try to be a good neighbor by keeping the crowd down, keeping the parking in our driveway and yard and making sure that all of the socializing is done indoors to prevent any noise from keeping our neighbors awake at night.
I was suprised to find that my neighbors could actually hear us inside chatting at the dinner table. Because we do not make so much noise I was hesitant to cut down the size of our parties and whisper over our meals. My husband and I decided to do something about this by installing acoustical wall panels behind the walls that muffled the sound of our voices over our meals. To be extra careful we also installed timber cladding wall on the outside of our house. The external timber cladding really helped to muffle any of the excess nosie that the acoustical wall panels were not controlling. To this day we continue to have our dinner parties and our neighbors are no longer kept awake at night by our happy chatter over our delicious dinners. I am so glad that we have found a solution that keeps our neighbors from being upset with us while we socialize and meet with our friends.
