The very thought of anyone finding it possible to locate an affordable health insurance plan when they have a long-standing medical problem makes people wonder about euthanasia as a possible easy way out. In many states like Texas, pre-existing conditions and a bunch of other caveats leave practically everyone in the population out, save for a few startlingly healthy individuals. All of this however changed starting July 1, the day the federal government started new insurance program that aims for the uninsured masses to have pre-existing conditions who can’t get coverage anywhere.
