The Flintstones is a childhood favorite of almost everyone. This Animated show stayed on screen from 1960 up to 1966. The story revolved around the Stone Age life of Fred Flintstones, best friend Barney Rubbles and their wives Wilma Flintstones and Betty Rubles.

Fred Flintstone is the main character in the show. His wife is Wilma and they have a daughter named Pebbles. He lived in the Stone Age era where they lived with dinosaurs that helped them enjoy the primitive ways as their washing machines and telephones. He worked as a bronto crane operator but eventually joined the Bedrock Police Force with his best friend Barney. He also coached baseball teams in the latter part of the show.

Barney Rubble is Betty Rubble’s Husband and Fred Flintstone’s best friend and next door neighbor. He has an adopted son named Bamm Bamm who loved to smash things with his club. Fred and Barney are members of the “Loyal Order of Water Buffaloes”, it was their version of the fraternities during the old days. He is interested in some bedrock bowling, pool and poker. He also played the piano and drums
