If you are a regular TV watcher then it is possible that you might have come across this advertisment by Nestle. Nestle’s Tempting Juice drinks claim they’ll help you with brain development. Nestle takes that claim so earnestly, they really call the product Delicious Juice a brain development help. The FDA is asking Nestle to demonstrate their claims, or stop making claims that would sometimes belong on major diet supplements or on drugs.
This is not a stand alone case. There are now a days several products available in the market which go ahead to make this claim that their products help in the growth of the individual, something that was only declared by diet supplements in the recent past.
