Escalating Choices In A Norwalk Authentic Peruvian Restaurant
Escalating choices on their menu plus the daily specials, I constantly crave for Peruvian food every time I pass by this Norwalk, Ct restaurant. It’s like being another dimension, but in a good way since I’m going to be surrounded with savory hearty dishes, sweet concoctions and satisfying refreshments to top it all. Who says choices are hard to make when every time you make one, you get satisfied and overwhelmed with the outcome. I’d like to taste all the dishes that they offer, the ones I’ve tried before including Lomo Saltado and Ceviche already increased the bar on how delicious a Peruvian dish should be. If it weren’t for those two, I wouldn’t have developed an interest towards Peruvian gastronomy. In the net, everything is about Ceviche, I watch America’s Next Top Chef and the contestants are preparing Ceviche, so I was really compelled to try it out and I’m glad I did.
