Get to the Cause of Acne
We all would like to appear our best. The beginning of acne can be mentally and physically embarrassing, but there are solutions. An entire industry of scientific research, and drugs continues to develop in answer to the needs of acne sufferers.
One resolution is pre-emptive. Drug store shelves are chock-full of skin toners and cleansers specially created to help put a stop to acne. They clean out the pores and help stop sebum or oil which blocks up the pores. When the pores become clogged with sebum, bacteria grows. These skin care solutions are designed toavert this from occurring.
Then there are exfoliation products formulated to remove old skin cells and other atmospheric pollutants, reducing the likelihood of bacterial growth. There are a number of non-prescription products that contain benzol peroxide and salicylic acid, both of which are the enemies of bacteria and acne. Products containing alpha hydroxy acid may work better, depending upon nature of skin.
Many years ago, none of those products worked for me, so I went to a dermatologist. He prescribed a multitude of anti biotics and skin ointments. He also surgically removed some of the obstructions. I remained under his charge for about five years. I finally asked him if my diet had something to do with my persistent situation. He confessed that if I “discovered” that a certain food caused more acne, then I should “stop eating it.”
So, five years later, and several thousand dollars spent on drugs and doctor bills, I went out on a search for the truth. I studied organic diets, fasting, and colonics. I found relief and eventually was free. The cause was my own diet, high in sugars and starches, and junk food. Sometimes, I would eat a bag of white powder doughnuts in one day, a pack of cookies a day later, add to that, a gallon and a half of milk. This is only a small sample of my repulsive menu, but you get the picture.
Looking back, I made my own destiny. I was responsible for the conditions that made it possible for a serious condition of acne. I reveal more of my experience about Acne Home Treatment in hopes of helping younger generations to avoid the errors I made and change their conditions for the better.
