Healthy Skin Tips on Dry Skin
There are some people who say that if you shave your legs too often, you’ll just damage your skin. That you will end up turning your legs red and getting upset. Actually, the truth is that exfoliating is a great way to get a great glossy look and smooth skin. Using an exfoliating scrub is not the only way. You can use a regular razor since it typically does the job much better. The razor will help to remove that layer of dead dry skin off really uniformly. If you use the razor twice a week, that should be just fine. It’s probably best to do the shaving while you are bathing to help keep the shaving experience as smooth as possible. For those places that are not well-suited for exfoliating with a razor, like your elbows which has wrinkly skin, then you can use a regular exfoliating product.
Another healthy skin tips involve your dry feet. If you happen to get dry chapped feet in the winter, people normally moisturize their feet excessively. What people some times don’t realize, is that they naturally have a protective layer of dry skin that is dead. What happens is that this dry skin will keep your skin moisturizer from getting in to do any good. So, you probably should use something like a crystal buffer in the shower to help remove the dead skin.
