“Fat Loss 4 Idiots” is a program that aims to provide your body with different types of calories at different times to confuse your metabolism. This allows for the secretion of more fat burning hormones resulting in fat loss and ultimately weight loss.
The intention of the “Fat Loss for Idiots” diet is that you will never be hungry, so you won’t be tempted to quit or cheat and you will lose weight in the healthiest manner possible as you don’t cut out meals in order to lose weight.
