Natural Solution for Acne
We all want to appear our best. The emergence of acne can be mentally and physically agonizing, but there are solutions. An entire business of scientific research, and drugs continues to develop in response to the needs of acne sufferers.
One answer is defensive. Pharmacy shelves are chock-full of skin toners and cleansers specially formulated to help avert acne. They cleanse the skin and help minimize sebum or oil which blocks up the pores. When the pores become block with this oil, bacteria multiplies. These skin care goods are designed to inhibit this from happening.
Next there are exfoliation products created to eliminate dead skin cells and other atmospheric pollutants, reducing the likelihood of bacterial increase. There are a number of non-prescription products containing benzol peroxide and salicylic acid, which help fight bacteria causing acne. Creams containing alpha hydroxy acid may work better, depending on sort of skin.
Many years ago, none of those products worked for me, so I consulted a skin specialist. He prescribed a multitude of anti biotics and skin ointments. He surgically unclogged some of the cysts. I stayed under his care for almost five years. I finally asked him if my diet had anything to do with my persistent condition. He advised that if I “discovered” that a specific food produced more skin problems, then I should “stop eating it.”
So, five years later, and several thousand dollars spent on treatment, I went out on my own. I studied organic diets, fasting, and colonics. I found my solutions and was able to reverse my condition. I caused my acne by my own diet, high in sugars and starches, and junk food. Sometimes, I would consume an entire bag of sugar doughnuts in a day, a pack of cookies in a weekend, add to that, a gallon and a half of milk. This is only a sneak peak of my terrible menu, but you’ve got the idea.
Looking back, I made my own destiny. I was responsible for the conditions that made it possible for a terrible condition of acne. I share my knowledge about Natural Acne Cures in hopes of helping younger generations to circumvent the mistakes I made and change their conditions for the better. Also, see: Acne Treatment Review.
