Never Giving Up in Weight Loss Programs
In any battle you face, you do not always win. There are times when you are defeated and you fail. Even in any weight loss program, this is still true. There will be times when you will be tempted to binge eat, buy many sweets, more than try that creamy dessert, and skip exercising for three days. Doing any of these things will feel bad for some time but giving up should not be an option. Failing once should not lead you to stop trying at all. Even if there are still “numerous” pounds to lose, that one or more failures must not make you decide to turn back and quit. Defeat is not when you failed, but when you gave up after the failures. Keep your mind focused to your goals, think positive, you-can thoughts, and keep working towards victory. Now is the time to forgive yourself and get back to the best weight loss program you have chosen.
