A Constipated Body Is The Perfect Host For Parasites
Parasites are quite resilient and are willing to move around in the body. So while you might start to think they’re going away, they really could be reforming somewhere else. The only way to get rid of them for good is to be vigilant.
In simple terms, parasites eat and live of our bodies. Any food or supplements we consume they have first pickings taking all the nutrients and leaving us with the scraps. Often leaving us the host feeling hungry, like we never ate in the first place. Not to mention, they excrete harmful waste into our bodies.
What we often are not aware of is that a constipated body is the perfect host for parasites. Being constipated keeps the parasites at ease, and inside of us. Having regular bowel movements, at least several times a day is essential to removing parasites from the intestinal tract. Some even say that a high diet fiber is the best prevention and cure for a parasite infestation. Eating foods high in fiber or taking fiber supplements keeps your digestive tract clean and working properly. As well as keeping one regular and cleansing out the body.
