Be a Careful Englewood CO HVAC Shopper
I had a friend call me for a referral for an Englewood CO air conditioning contractor. Her regular HVAC company had their technician out and he informed her that her heat exchanger was cracked. He even showed her the crack. Only problem is, there was no crack. When our Englewood CO heating and cooling technician reviewed her system, he found not major repairs necessary. She had been shown some type of seam that the other company used to trick her. She needed new filters and a tube was clogged around her humidifier.
Turns out another friend of ours had the same company tell them the same thing several years ago. Their home was also not very old so they got a second opinion. So, the moral of this little story is: follow your instincts and get a second opinion!
