Cannot sleep at night
If you cannot sleep at night you are not alone. Almost every person in the world will suffer from insomnia at one point or another in their lives. Insomnia can lead to eye problem, because if you cannot sleep will your eyes can be stress and can lead to further damage. To prevent damage in your eyes improve vision as early as possible.
