Having a Learning Disability is No Excuse not to Achieve
A lot of kids, and even adults come to that, are having some kind of learning disability. We not talking about a mental illness here but a seeming inability to develop and grasp what is being taught, whether that’s through the written of spoken work. All too often these people are just cast off as being slow, or lazy, and these who try to teach them fob them off as people who just can’t be bothered to concentrate. This is all very sad, very sad indeed.
There are many reasons why some people are not able to concentrate and learn new things, and as a consequence this has a huge negative impact on their lives with regards to future and sustained happiness, lack of real achievement, they usually end up doing low pain menial work, and the poor individuals can only dream of real, well paid, and interesting careers. Many of those who failed to get educated often go through life suffering from failed relationships, extreme anxiety, and a general feeling or worthlessness.
What’s really sad is that in many cases it doesn’t have to be like this. All they need is a little extra coaching after their setback is diagnosed and treated.
