Hospitality Matters

One thing that sets some restaurants apart from others, beyond the obvious things like location, price, and menu, is the people on staff. The people who patrons come into contact with can make or break the entire dining experience. Patrons will remember restaurant employees who make them feel welcome. They want to feel taken care of, even special. In some places, perhaps having to do with the culture of the area, there are few restaurants a person can visit that don’t have a staff that meets these expectations. Kauai is just such a place. And this great Kauai grill has just such employees. What I will remember beyond the delectable food they served is the way they served my friend and I, and the fun that we had there. My server was charming, funny, and seemed to genuinely enjoy doing her job. We left knowing that this was a place we would definitely be returning to.
