How Do Knee Injuries Occur

Knees in general are very sensitive to stretches and twist the wrong way. Many people who have knee issues are involved in sports related activities. Even though athletes do knee strengthening exercises they are more prone to having knee issues than any other person out there; mainly because they are engaging in activities on a daily basis. Most knee injuries occur when a person is falling and the knee doesn’t have proper time to adjust in time. In addition, some people actually use their knees too much, which in turn would cause injury. Examples include to much running, climbing, etc. We all should be conscious of what we do on a daily basis and also try and include some knee strengthening exercises on a daily basis which can help avoid injury.
