The Flex Belt May Shift Those Pounds Or Will It?

Published by at 6:20 am under Fitness Equipment

Exercise can be a real pain in the neck, both financially and physically if you don’t do it correctly.

Sit ups and crunches have to be performed in a certain way with constant correct repetition and apart from the boring factor, doing it wrong can give you pain and stiffness.

The flex belt may be better for you but does it work? Flex belt reviews suggest that it might and it certainly comes with some great testimonials. But like anything else in this world, it won’t work if you do not use it. Don’t bother buying it if the thought of something that you can wear to reduce your abdominals while you are doing the ironing or watching TV, doesn’t appeal. Don’t lie to yourself, it must appeal. Forget the pain and sweat of a gym workout; this has to be better doesn’t it?

There is a caveat, the flex belt can work if used consistently for a period of weeks, not days and you will still need to do some cardio work and eat healthily to speed up the process
