Sure, it is a great feeling to be able to see the awesome cuts in your ‘abs’ and arms when you look in the mirror, but feeling good on the inside as well and knowing that you are thoroughly cleansed internally should be of just as much importance as ‘getting ripped’.

As I stated in one of my previous articles, a quick and sure-fire method of attaining internal cleanliness and the added bonus of healthy weight-loss will be to undergo a fast.

There are several methods of this tried and true method of healing and although it is covered to a degree in the free resources section of my website, you can always do some research on this radical; yet extremely effective method of internal purification and weight loss.

To summarize, the cleaner you are on the inside and also the more toxic-free you are, the faster you can and will achieve your ultimate goal to be fit.

Amazing Remedies with Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is one of the most powerful compounds around, if you know its many uses. In particular, it has many beneficial compounds which are effective against many common diseases and ailments. Apple cider vinegar (or ACV for short) has been known to help with issues from constipation and arthritis to high blood pressure and acne!

One of the most common applications of ACV is to use it wherever you have body odor. From plain old halitosis (bad breath) to full-blown fecal body odor, ACV has been reported to help them all. Gargle with diluted vinegar first thing in the morning to cure your bad breath. For body odor, dilute the vinegar and wipe it over the offending areas, or all over if you are having difficulty locating the source of your BO. This helps kill bacteria that cause odor.

Another so-called “miracle cure” of ACV is weight loss. No one knows precisely how it works, but many speculate that it may have a hand in speeding metabolism, and thus burning more calories. Dietetic experts recommend supplementing B6 and lecithin when using ACV for weight loss. Most use it for this purpose by adding a couple of teaspoons of ACV to a glass of water, and drinking it between meals.

Tackle acne by mixing one part of ACV with two parts of water. Spread this over your acne areas and leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing. This helps to kill the acne-causing bacteria, and prevent regrowth. Do this 3x per day, and see if you don’t have an improvement within a week or two!

How should dieters think

Do not get so caught up in the dieting process that you forget to enjoy some of the goodies that life has to offer. Watching your weight and counting your calories does not mean that you can never go over your allotment. The goal however is to find balance. If you learn to portion your food correctly, indulge in moderation, and incorporate enjoyable calorie burning activities into your daily routine you may be amazed at the results.

Dieting for weight loss and health is only depriving if you allow it to be. If you cannot control yourself when it comes to indulging then by all means avoid indulging.
