Tin was used in the earlier part of the 20th century to make most of the signs and advertising of most businesses in the United states and abroad. Tin was also used to make toys, jewelry boxes snuff boxes, and many other oddities.
Vintage tins can be found in many forms today and are great to decorate your homes. You can find replicas of many of the great vintage art and billboards of the past. Even a “Cold Beer Here” tin sign from the 50’s can add a great feeling to your kitchen or backyard dining area.
