Ryan Reynold’s Diet & Workout Routine for Blade Trinity

Published by under Articles

By seeing how Ryan Reynold’s got in to such incredible shape, you can use this as a guideline to follow or learn a little more about what it takes to get the lean, Hollywood look that is so popular today.

Here is a Quick Bio of Ryan Reynold’s:

Ryan Reynolds was born in Vancouver, Canada on October 23, 1976. He has starred in many TV and movie roles along side some of Hollywood’s most beautiful women, such as Sandra Bullock in “The Proposal”. He is married to another beautiful actress, Scarlett Johansson. He is known for his roles in, Van Wilder, Definitely Maybe, X-Men, and Blade Trinity.

Ryan’s Diet Consisted of Six Meals and Eating Every Two to Three Hours

He never stuffed himself, although never let himself get hungry either. He said that he drank “tons of water” throughout the day. If you look at his diet below, it isn’t really anything special, just a sound diet for losing fat and gaining muscle. Ryan is not a very big guy, so he was more focused on gaining muscle more than losing fat. Depending on your body type, you may have to adjust and focus more on losing fat.

Sample of Ryan’s Diet:

Breakfast: ½ cup of egg whites, 2 eggs, slice of avocado, and 1 cup of oatmeal with applesauce
Mid Morning Snack: Protein Bar
Lunch: Chicken or tuna with a salad or other vegetables
Mid Afternoon Snack: Protein drink with water, protein bar, or an apple with almonds
Dinner: Broiled fish or chicken with brown rice, vegetables and a salad
Evening Snack: Protein drink

In Ryan’s words, “By eating every 2-3 hours, I was eating 6-8 smaller meals instead of 3 big meals. This is important for gaining lean muscle mass. I ate most of my carbs post workout and never ate carbs after 8:00 pm. I really don’t believe in that carb-starve stuff. It’s probably not good for you and makes you cranky.”

Ryan Used Trainer Darren Chapman to Help Get in This Incredible Shape

Ryan used the same trainer as Jessica Biel, Darren Chapman. Darren was a member of the UK Olympic bobsled team. He is just as knowledgeable on the nutrition side of it as he is on the training side. Darren helped Ryan use visualization to achieve his goals and according to Ryan, he actually trained as if he was training for the Olympics.

Ryan’s Workout:

Workouts were about 2-3 hours long, usually starting off with sit-ups, then heavy weights for muscle bulk. Being a smaller guy, they cut cardio entirely and just focused on bulking up. Weight training involved numerous exercises with reps of about 8-12, for 6 days a week.
Just like your diet, depending on your size and body, you may need to do some cardio. If you do, don’t put too much emphasis on it though. Resistance training with some interval cardio is going to help you lose fat better than walking at the same pace on a treadmill for an hour.
Ryan worked one body part per day, as in: chest day, back day, shoulder day, leg day, with arms mixed in. When asked how much he was benching, he said that he doesn’t know how much, but it wasn’t anything to brag about. This makes sense, because when gaining muscle, getting stronger doesn’t always mean getting bigger. For an example, look at the men’s powerlifters in the 148 lb class. Some of these guys are benching over 400 lbs, but in reality are really small guys.

If you are looking for the lean, Hollywood look, you should focus more on losing fat and getting great abs. You will look bigger if you are really ripped, then if you are carrying more muscle . . . but also a lot of fat around your waste.

Ryan’s Abs Looked So Good That They Thought He Had Implants!

“Muscle and Fitness” magazine was interviewing his trainer and said that they weren’t sure about interviewing him because of his ab implants. They thought that they were prosthetics on his stomach! They’re not, they are real and they are some of the best abs in the business! I can’t say that I would mind someone accusing me of that!

This is a small sample of what you can do to get in shape, but not the only way to do it. Everyone is different and not all ways are going to work for you. There really isn’t a cookie cutter way to train and eat, although there are basic principles that you should follow. The main thing is to keep it simple and don’t believe all of the hype about the latest fad diet or must have pill that will melt the fat away. You don’t need it and you will be wasting your time and money if you fall for the latest gimmicks.

I teach men and women to get lean like Ryan Reynolds on a regular basis, without the hype and lies. Click out Fitness Overhaul to get a FREE report on just how easy losing fat and getting in to shape can be.

Symptoms of Breast Cancer

Published by under Articles

In order for breast cancer to be detected at the earliest possible stage, it is vitally important for women to be aware of the symptoms of breast cancer and how to check for their presence.

By carrying out regular breast examination every month and inspecting the breast tissue for lumps or for any abnormal appearance of the skin, this disease, which is often painless during the early stages, can be identified and treatment can be started without delay.

As well as observing a change in size or shape of the breast and possibly a dimpling of the skin on this part of the body, women sometimes find they have a clear or bloody discharge seeping from the nipple which itself, may become inverted or misshapen. Although cancerous breast lumps tend to be hard, breast cancer can also present itself as a thickening of the breast tissue too. Lumps and thickening may also appear under the woman´s armpit.

Fortunately, many of the above mentioned symptoms associated with breast cancer turn out to be nothing more than hormonal conditions usually occurring just before the time of menstruation, but nonetheless, you should make certain of this by paying a visit to your doctor so he or she can carry out the necessary tests, make a diagnosis and treat the results accordingly.

Learning to Live With Arthritis Pain

Published by under Articles

An excerpt of an article about Learning to Live With Arthritis Pain

Arthritis pain is hard to live with but knowledge is the key to obtaining pain relief for a better day to day life. Arthritis pain relief can be obtained in a variety of ways and arthritis treatment and symptom relief might include arthritis medication or a wide range of other options.

Joint supplements such as glucosamine are reported to bring about positive results from the pain of knee arthritis and without side effects, even so, there is still insufficient evidence of this as further research is necessary. If knee arthritis is your problem then Another, largely debated treatment is arthroscopy. Joint motion and function are good with this treatment because healthy parts of the knee are preserved. It’s cheaper and less likely to cause complications than osteotomy, and recovery period is short.

It is widely believed that a hot climate can work wonders with arthritis sufferers however, it’s probably best to assume there is a lot about arthritis that we do not yet understand. If the old saying is true that arthritis sufferers can predict the weather, it might be the only good thing about having arthritis. Although Studies that objectively measured inflammation found no associations with weather patterns.

HEALTHY NATION ~ LIVE LONGER

Published by under Articles

HEALTHY NATION ~ Have a longer, stronger and better life.

In the body, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats combine with other substances to yield energy and build tissues. These chemical reactions are catalyzed, or accelerated, by enzymes produced from specific vitamins, and they take place in specific parts of the body.

With a few exceptions, the body is unable to make vitamins; they must be supplied in the daily diet or through supplements. One exception is vitamin D, which can be produced in the skin when the skin is exposed to sunlight. Another vitamin, vitamin K, is not made by the human body but is formed by microorganisms that normally flourish in the intestinal tract only when green, leafy vegetables and vegetable oils are ingested.
